Tatting is fun, relaxing and very inexpensive! Your friends and family will be so amazed by your handmade gifts! Traditionally, this lace was made of white cotton thread, but now, there are thousands of amazing colors of thread to choose from, and countless patterns online. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of tatting, including making rings and chains and how to join them together. We will explore how to read a tatting pattern, choose supplies, and a bit about the history of tatting. Come join the fun!

Materials
Fee: $13.25
The fee covers tatting patterns used in class, two tatting shuttles ($3.50 each), two bobbins total (included with shuttles), one ball of tatting thread ($6.25) and some additional surprises!

Students should bring scissors, interesting tatting patterns and samples of handmade lace.
