Better Living Center, Door 5 entry. Enter the Fairgrounds via Gate 1 - 1761 Memorial Ave., West Springfield, MA and follow signs and staff.

There is a $15 per vehicle entry fee and reservations for a specific time slot must be made online in advance. Guests may secure as many time slots as they wish per week at $15 per vehicle reservation.

The Drive-Thru is open to standard passenger vehicles only. Pedestrians, bicycles, motorcycles, buses, RVs, limousines, commercial passenger vans, oversized vehicles and trailers will not be permitted.

Limited public portable restrooms will also be available outside of the Better Living Center.

Winter Wonder is a safe, socially distant, family-friendly event. Guests will remain in their vehicles at all times and wear face masks or coverings when presenting their ticket.

We have enhanced health and safety measures in place for our guests and show staff.

• Tickets must be purchased in advance.
• This is a drive-through event only.
• Visitors must remain in their vehicles at all times.
• There is no stopping along the route.
• Cars must enter event by 9PM.
• Event staff will adhere to all COVID-19 Protocols.
• Masks must be worn when interacting with others and
when social distancing cannot be maintained.
